It feels like forever since I've blogged. Since we moved to our new place, my life has been "interesting" to say the least. I feel like I've been camped here since July:

One move and 2 basement floods later, we are finally starting to get settled here. Yes, I said 2 basement floods. But, the strange thing about it is, even with the floods, the things that got damaged and destroyed, and the chaos that was our life while things were fixed, we've been happier and more at peace here than we have been in a while. I know! Weird. We have great neighbors, a friendly caring ward, it's a nice location, we are a bit closer to my Mom and we don't have a crazy lady living upstairs invading our space and lives. (Sigh of relief!) We feel like this is where we need to be and plan on staying here until we are able to buy a home. I can't tell you how nice that is to say. :]
I must also say that I've really missed blogging but I've had the hardest time doing it! Too much happening and too little time to say all that is on my mind. I have had the same problem with journal writing. I used to be a faithful, daily journal keeper. But life happens and things get in the way. I could add a few dozen cliches' to this but I'll spare you. You are welcome! :] With everything going on with our new place, my little Sophia and life in general I felt that I had to choose the important things and let every thing else go. I was feeling guilty about it until I read this quote:

Reading it was an answer to prayer. Yay! I love it when that happens. :] Just know that life is good and I have decided that I'm ready to come back to the blog world. I can't promise that I will blog on a daily basis. But I will do what I can to entertain and inspire, even if it is only for my own benefit. :] And never forget...
